Our Seattle Chimney Services include:

• Inspection of chimney and venting system: certifying that everything meets code; ensuring chimney has no leaks of gas or carbon monoxide; identifying any problems and solving at your request. Certification documents are provided after inspection.
• Cleaning: a complete chimney sweep that clears dust, soot, creosote, and other debris from inside your chimney. Flue, dampers, and other components of the chimney are cleaned and checked for proper operation. Any repairs needed are duly noted and explained to the homeowner.
• Annual Maintenance: it is highly recommended to have chimneys cleaned and inspected annually to prevent any potentially life-threatening issues, such as fire hazards or carbon monoxide leaks. Our scheduled maintenance includes checking for leaks as well as using test equipment and making adjustments to meet the manufacturer’s recommendations; inspects for any cracks or other structural issues inside the chimney; checks for proper venting; and cleans out any debris to ensure proper function of your chimney and eliminate any odors resulting from debris buildup.
• Chimney Repair: from cracks in your chimney lining to loose bricks or a broken chimney cap, Ace Chimney is ready to put your chimney back in tip-top shape. After inspecting your chimney and finding any issues, we will discuss all problems and solutions with you, including probable costs and the time needed for repairs. Ace Chimney will always be up front about all repairs needed and will never start repairs without the homeowners’ full understanding and consent.
